⏳ Experience: 10 yrs (Master’s) or 12 yrs (Bachelor’s), with 5–7 yrs in a managerial/leadership role.
Focus: Strategic HR transformation, performance management, facility maintenance, and compliance.
2. Procurement and Customs Clearance Division Manager
