To anchor its financial oversight and aggressive B2B machinery sales pipeline, the executive management is staging an immediate intake process for three (3) key professional profiles based out of its central corporate offices.

Departmental Job Matrix & Technical Requirements

1. Senior General Accountant (Positions Open: 02)

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related commercial business domain from an accredited university.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5 years of progressive, verifiable experience in corporate finance, which must include a minimum of 2–3 years of direct operational experience within a manufacturing industry.
• Core Accountabilities:
  • Structure, balance, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements strictly aligned with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP parameters.
  • Lead fixed asset management, monthly payroll preparation, journal auditing, and rigorous general ledger reconciliations.
  • Track and audit raw materials, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and finished goods valuations to compute monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
  • Enforce compliance and execute timely filings of statutory fiscal returns, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Turnover Tax (ToT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and corporate income taxes to the Ministry of Revenues.

2. Senior Cost and Budget Accountant

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5 years of total accounting experience, out of which a minimum of 3 years must be specialized within cost and budget management inside a manufacturing plant environment (mandatory parameter).
• Core Accountabilities:
  • Map raw materials variance tracking frameworks against plant floor recipes to establish precise standard product costing.
  • Support executive management with analytical financial forecasts, budgetary preparation cycles, and granular cost-center variance assessments.
  • Audit stock movements across warehouse points to mitigate material shrinkage and streamline fiscal operations.

3. Heavy Equipment Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer (Positions Open: 02)

• Education: B.Sc. Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5 years of specific field sales experience handling heavy-duty machinery, with an explicit emphasis on heavy construction excavators.
• Core Accountabilities:
  • Operate with an aggressive “hunter” field mentality to identify, cold-call, and physically visit active infrastructure projects, quarry operations, and construction sites.
  • Map high-value business-to-business (B2B) leads, engineer compelling technical equipment value propositions, calculate customer ROI, and close high-value machinery acquisition contracts.
  • Lead dedicated account management workflows, turning one-time fleet buyers into repeat clients for machinery upgrades, parts sourcing, and servicing.
  • Coordinate with internal technical mechanics to execute flawless equipment commissioning, operator handling training, and post-delivery customer care loops.
