Specializing in premium, innovative residential high-rises and luxury commercial properties, the firm is expanding its core creative and engineering divisions across three (3) full-time roles.

Departmental Job Matrix & Accountability Portfolios

1. Office Engineer

Reports To: Project Manager
Education Required: B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management (COTM), or a related structural engineering field.
Experience Required: 5+ years of verified office engineering experience in building construction or real estate projects.
Core Mandate:
- Quantity Surveying & Scheduling: Author comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed material takeoff sheets for multiple ongoing sites. Formulate master project tracking schedules and granular monthly performance timelines.
- Financial & Contract Management: Process sub-contractor and labor payment certificates every two weeks. Manage, evaluate, and analyze site variations, claims, and structural adjustments.
- Logistics & Communication: Collect site material requests, cross-reference with purchasing divisions, and track logistics pipelines. Draft minutes of meetings and official letters to external stakeholders, setting up Telegram-based communications channels for instant site updates.

2. Videographer & Video Editor

Education / Experience: Diploma or Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent, highly verified practical experience is fully accepted.
Specialized Domain: Prior experience developing content for real estate, architectural firms, or premium lifestyle brands is a major competitive advantage.
Core Mandate:
- Production: Script, storyboard, and direct high-end promotional video shoots capturing property layouts, structural features, and luxury lifestyle themes. Handle professional camera setups, multi-environment studio/outdoor lighting, and audio coordination.
- Post-Production: Execute professional clip selection, color grading, pacing/transitions, audio mixing, voice-over integrations, and basic motion graphics using industry-standard platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

3. Content Creator

Education / Experience: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, Communications, or related fields. Equivalent practical experience with a clear portfolio is considered.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; solid command of Amharic or additional local Ethiopian languages is highly beneficial.
Core Mandate:
- Social Media Engineering: Curate content calendars, plan campaigns, and monitor platform engagement trends across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Mobile Production: Shoot crisp, high-aesthetic photos and short-form videos utilizing smartphones or mirrorless cameras. Write compelling captions and copy that align directly with real estate brand positioning and target demographics.
