1. Management Trainee

Leadership development program; requires MBA/MA/MSc in Business, IT, or related fields. Graduation years: 2025 and 2026. Min CGPA: 3.00 (female) / 3.25 (male). Age: 35 and below. Mandatory Grade 8th Certificate. Location: Head Office and Branches.

2. Trainee Banker

Foundational banking training; requires BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, IT, or related fields. Graduation year: 2026 only. Min CGPA: 2.75 (female) / 3.00 (male). Age: 30 and below. Mandatory Exit Exam Result & Grade 8th Certificate. Location: Head Office and Branches.

3. IT Trainee

Technical training program; requires BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Graduation year: 2026 only. Min CGPA: 2.75 (female) / 3.00 (male). Age: 30 and below. Mandatory Exit Exam Result & Grade 8th Certificate. Location: Head Office and Branches.
