Commercial Banking Career Opportunities

1. Branch Manager

Directs branch growth, resource optimization, and loan processing; requires a Bachelor’s in business fields + 6 years of progressive commercial banking experience (IFB training certification is a plus).

2. Branch Operation Supervisor

Authorizes daily transactions, reconciles accounts, and manages vault operations; requires a Bachelor’s in business fields + 4 years of banking operations experience (IFB training certification is a plus).

3. Senior Customer Service Officer (SCSO)

Processes high-value transactions, mentors junior staff, and assists with vault liquidity; requires a Bachelor’s in business fields + 3 years of commercial banking experience (IFB training certification is a plus).

4. Customer Service Officer II (CSO II)

Handles client inquiries, counter transactions, and drawer balancing; requires a Bachelor’s in business fields + 2 years of banking experience (fundamental IFB knowledge is an advantage).
