Banking & District Leadership Opportunities

1. Director, District Office (Quantity: 4)

Directs regional commercial targets, portfolio growth, and district risk management; requires a Master’s (8+ yrs exp) or Bachelor’s (10+ yrs exp) in business fields, including 2+ years in multi-branch supervision. Locations: Addis Ababa, Shashemene, Jimma, and Dire Dawa.

2. Branch Manager

Manages branch operations, market acquisition, and internal controls; requires a BA in Economics, Management, or Accounting + 5 years of progressive banking experience (including 2+ years as a Senior Officer or Supervisor). Location: Dire Dawa.
