1. Banking Business Manager I
- Place of Work: Harar Ras, Awebera, and Togochale Sub-Branches (Under Dire Dawa District)
- Educational Qualification: B.A. degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields of study.
- Work Experience & Skills: A minimum of 4 years of progressive core banking work experience, of which at least 3 years must be served as a Banking Business Officer (BBO) or an equivalent core operational role.

2. Senior Market & Economic Research Officer

- Work Experience & Skills: A minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 2 years must be served specifically as a Market & Economic Research Officer or equivalent corporate research position.

3. Branch Manager I
- Place of Work: Worabe Branch (Under Hossahna District)
- Educational Qualification: M.A. or B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields of study.
- Work Experience & Skills: A minimum of 6 years of experience for M.A. holders or 8 years of experience for B.A. holders in commercial banking operations. Out of this, at least 2 years must be served as a Banking Business Manager III, or 3 years as a Banking Business Manager II, Branch Internal Control Officer II, Senior Banking Business Officer II (Accounts/Cash), Banking Business Manager I, Senior Banking Business Officer I (Accounts/Cash), Branch Internal Control Officer I, or an equivalent core branch leadership role.
