1. Senior Human Capital Officer
- Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Educational Qualification: B.A. degree in Human Resource Management or Management.
- Work Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Capital Officer II (or equivalent) OR 6 years of relevant experience within the banking industry; OR
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Human Capital Officer (or equivalent) OR 7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate Salary Scale.
2. Branch Manager – Grade C
- Place of Work: Furi Branch (Under West Addis Ababa District)
- Educational Qualification: B.A. degree in Management or Accounting.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager – Grade D (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 9 years of relevant progressive experience within the commercial banking industry.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate Salary Scale.
3. Head, Non-Funded Financing Portfolio Section
- Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Educational Qualification: B.A. degree in Management or Accounting.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Non-Funded Business Officer (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience within the commercial banking industry.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate Salary Scale.
4. Head, Building Maintenance Section
- Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology Management.
- Work Experience: * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Building Maintenance Engineer (or equivalent) OR 9 years of relevant building management experience in the banking industry; OR
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Building Maintenance Section (or equivalent) OR 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate Salary Scale.
5. Manager, Management Information System (MIS) Division
- Place of Work: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS), or closely related computing fields.
- Work Experience: * For M.Sc. Holders: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head of Management Information System Section (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 7 years of relevant IT/MIS experience in the banking sector.
- For B.Sc. Holders: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head of Management Information System Section (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 11 years of relevant progressive experience within the banking industry.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s corporate Salary Scale.
