Eligibility Requirements:
- Graduation Timeline: Must have graduated in June 2026 only (Strictly).
- Academic Standing: A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above is highly preferred.
- Software Skills: Practical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal abilities, absolute integrity, and a positive professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily departmental operations and collaborate across various internal teams.
- Assist in structural documentation, operational reporting, and basic administrative tasks.

Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Software Mastery: Proven experience utilizing accounting software like Peachtree, QuickBooks, or equivalent ERP systems. You must know how to properly record, post, and close accounts in Peachtree.
- Core Accounting: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, manual data entry, systematic record-keeping, and financial procedures.
- Local Regulations: Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations is a major added advantage.
- Accuracy: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of mathematical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record life insurance claim payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare official payment vouchers, journal entries, and related financial accounting documents.
- Verify claim payment requests and ensure all physical supporting documentation is complete.
- Reconcile life claims accounts, monthly bank statements, and general ledger balances.
- Assist management in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate financial reports.
- Coordinate closely with the Life Claims Department and support internal/external audit processes.
