Position Overview

Position Title: Customer Service Intern

• Contract Type: Fixed-Term (Internship Period)
• Time Type: Full-Time
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary of the Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support the sales and customer operations teams by performing assigned tasks during the internship period while applying your academic knowledge and technical skills to the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks and daily customer service activities to fulfill internship objectives.
• Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the Sales Manager, team members, and internal sponsors.
• Communicate clearly and constructively to contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, administrative procedures, and operational standards.

Job Requirements & Competencies

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in any field of study.
