Position: Real Estate Sales Officer
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Mexico Area, in front of Temama Building / Fok)

- Compensation & Benefits: Attractive Base Salary + 4% Sales Commission

Job Requirements & Competencies
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management, or related fields from a recognized university.
- Work Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing (Fresh graduates with strong sales passion are encouraged to apply).
- Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Highly collaborative team player with self-motivation to achieve targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell residential apartment units and commercial properties to potential clients.
- Conduct client requirement analysis to match buyers with suitable property options.
- Perform proactive outreach, lead generation, and capture accurate customer contact information.
- Execute field surveys, area engagements, and client presentations within assigned territories.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly company sales targets.
- Maintain daily activity logs and submit prospecting reports to line management.
- Set and plan individual sales objectives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
