Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with National Bank of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 626/2009 by 366 individual shareholders and one share company. The institution provides financial and non-financial services to active low-income earners and middle-income urban and rural residents.

Open Positions

1. Customer Service Officer I

• Required Qualification: BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years (for BA) or 4 years (for Diploma) of experience, preferably in a Microfinance Institution.
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.
• Number Required: 2

2. Branch Manager I

• Required Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of total work experience, including at least 1 year as a Branch Manager and 2+ years as a Senior Customer Service Officer in a Microfinance Institution.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Kolfe Branch)
