Re-registered under Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 113/2019 (Reg. No. 0539), NMWEO focuses on women empowerment, safeguarding, and humanitarian support across the country.

1. Finance Assistant Intern
- Job Summary: Support the finance unit with financial documentation, tracking, filing, and basic accounting tasks under supervision.
- Employment Type: Internship (6 Months)

- Reports To: Finance Officer / Finance Manager
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Accounting and Finance, or related field (final-year students or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Experience: No previous work experience required; relevant internship or volunteer experience is an advantage.
- Key Competencies: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, numerical/analytical skills, filing skills, high integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to safeguarding/PSEA policies.
2. Human Resources Assistant Intern
- Job Summary: Provide foundational support in HR administration, record-keeping, documentation, and routine organizational workflows.
- Employment Type: Internship (6 Months)
- Number Required: 1
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
- Reports To: HR Coordinator / HR Manager
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field (final-year students or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Experience: No previous work experience required; relevant internship or volunteer experience is an advantage.
- Key Competencies: Basic knowledge of HR principles, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, strong communication, organizational and documentation skills, and high confidentiality.
3. Accountant
- Job Summary: Manage financial records, accounting workflows, financial reporting, and compliance controls within the organization.
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Number Required: 1
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 5 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and extensive experience with enterprise accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, independent task management, and high ethical standards.
