Customer Service Officer – Maker

• Vacancy Number: DB_EX/DD/003/26
• Duty Station: Branches under Dessie District
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business-related fields (e.g., Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent fields).
• CGPA Requirement: 2.5 and above
• Graduation Eligibility: Open strictly to fresh graduates of 2025 G.C. and 2026 G.C. only.
• Work Experience: Zero (0) years of experience.
• Age Limit: Maximum 25 years of age.
• Training & Employment Term: Candidates will be permanently assigned following six (6) months of intensive training.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver front-office customer service support at the assigned branch.
  • Handle account maintenance, payment/collection transactions, and cash/non-cash requests.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and advise clients using sound knowledge of bank accounting procedures and products.
• Mandatory Documents to Attach:
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) and formal Job Application Letter.
  • Official Degree Certificate alongside Higher Education Exit Exam results.
  • Grade 8th, 10th, and 12th National Examination Certificates.
