1. Logistics, Admin, and Finance Officer

Job Summary:

As a Logistics, Admin, and Finance Officer, you will be at the forefront of administering logistics, finance, and human resources in our field office. Your role involves ensuring proper program logistics, adhering to finance policies, and providing consistent HR support.

Skills and Educational Background:

BA/Diploma in Accounting or related field with 2/4 years’ experience in Finance in an NGO environment.
Previous logistics, finance, and HR/admin experience with NGOs or in the private sector.
Initiative, creativity, and independence in job performance.
Good communication skills in English and Amharic.
Management skills and a high level of accuracy.

Desirable Credentials:

Very good application of SAGE.
Knowledge of local languages.

2. Health and Nutrition Officer

Location: Tigray Area – Field Offices, Tigray
Quantity Required: 12

Job Summary:

Join us as a Health and Nutrition Officer where you will play a vital role in overseeing OTP/SC, TSFP, and IYCF quality project activities. You will provide technical guidance, manage acutely malnourished children, and support government health staff in community mobilization and health-seeking behavior.

Skills and Educational Background:

Degree/MPH preferred/Diploma or equivalent in health science-related fields.
2-4 years of professional experience in providing primary health care.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
Knowledge of local languages.

3. Senior Health and Nutrition Officer

Job Summary:

As a Senior Health and Nutrition Officer, you will oversee start-up health and nutrition activities, ensuring adherence to international standards. Your role includes managing health and nutrition staff, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the Mobile Health and Nutrition Team.

Skills and Educational Background:

BSc/MPH in Public Health or related field.
Minimum of four (4) years’ work experience, preferably in NGO settings.
Leadership skills and experience in CMAM/IYCF, and PHC/RMNCH/IMNCI.
Knowledge of the latest health-related guidelines.

Desirable Qualities:

Understanding of local culture.
Passionate and dedicated to community improvement.

4. Project Manager

Location: Tigray Area – Field Offices, Tigray
Quantity Required: 6

Job Summary:

Join us as a Project Manager, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) program. Your responsibilities include operational planning, budget management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Skills and Educational Background:

BSc in Public Health and Nursing with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Experience in emergency nutrition programs, notably CMAM.
Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation.
