Job Summary:

To support the CHRMEO in ensuring that we have sufficient employees of the right caliber to meet strategic HR ambitions. This will be achieved by providing a proactive, high-quality, and people-centered human resources service for AHRI across the full employment life cycle.

Position Specifications:

Experience: Zero (0) years
Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent interpersonal skills based on trust and integrity
Ability to retain professional boundaries while working closely and effectively with a highly skilled and multicultural workforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of, and ability to apply, the principles of confidentiality
Good IT skills, including the development of HR databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
Proven ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team
Good understanding and application of the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in an HR context

BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Management only
CGPA 3.00 and above for male applicants and 2.75 and above for female applicants
