Job Summary:
To support the CHRMEO in ensuring that we have sufficient employees of the right caliber to meet strategic HR ambitions. This will be achieved by providing a proactive, high-quality, and people-centered human resources service for AHRI across the full employment life cycle.

Position Specifications:
- Experience: Zero (0) years
- Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal skills based on trust and integrity
- Ability to retain professional boundaries while working closely and effectively with a highly skilled and multicultural workforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of, and ability to apply, the principles of confidentiality
- Good IT skills, including the development of HR databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload
- Proven ability to work both independently and productively as part of a team
- Good understanding and application of the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in an HR context
