Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential clients from various sources.
• Prepare sales presentations and schedule appointments to show clients the site.
• Guide and assist clients, suggesting suitable options.
• Communicate effectively and formally with clients.
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions.
• Develop communication skills and build good relationships with clients.
• Maintain and update self-abilities to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meet sales goals.
• Negotiate with prospective clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understand and promote company programs.
• Evaluate potential clients’ needs.
• Answer clients’ questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Follow up with clients and close sales.
• Maintain a professional appearance as first impressions are crucial.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Civil Engineering.
• GPA: 3.0 and above.
• Experience: 2 years or more in the real estate sector.
