Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients from various sources.
Prepare sales presentations and schedule appointments to show clients the site.
Guide and assist clients, suggesting suitable options.
Communicate effectively and formally with clients.
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions.
Develop communication skills and build good relationships with clients.
Maintain and update self-abilities to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
Meet sales goals.
Negotiate with prospective clients.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote company programs.
Evaluate potential clients’ needs.
Answer clients’ questions about products, prices, and availability.
Follow up with clients and close sales.
Maintain a professional appearance as first impressions are crucial.

Skill and Educational Background:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Civil Engineering.
GPA: 3.0 and above.
Experience: 2 years or more in the real estate sector.
