Vacancy Announcement at Addis Ababa Customs Commission

Addis Ababa Customs Commission, Kality Branch Office, is inviting qualified applicants for the following job vacancies. The Ethiopian Customs Commission was established recently by Proclamation Number 1097/2018, separating from the previous “Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority.” It is headed by a Commissioner who is accountable to the Ministry of Revenues and has its own vision and mission.

Objectives:

To provide equitable, expeditious, and quality service by establishing a modern customs administration system.
To collect duties and taxes timely and efficiently on goods imported or exported.
To implement relevant customs laws and international agreements approved and ratified by Ethiopia.
To control the import and export of prohibited or restricted goods.
To prevent and control customs-related offenses.

Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, Hardware Network Service, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, ICT Support, Camera Man, Audio Visual, Video Editor, and positions requiring 8th, 10th, 12th grade qualifications, and more.
