Skill and Educational Background:
First Degree in Accounting/Banking/Management or related discipline.
Experience: 7 years of banking expertise, including 2 years in supervisory positions.

2. SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER I – CASH

Skill and Educational Background:
First Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or associated fields.
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking expertise, including 1 year in a senior customer support officer position.
Required No.: 3
Place of Work: Butajira(1), Bensa Daye(1), Gambella (1)

3. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts

Skill and Educational Background:
First Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related fields.
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in a senior customer service officer position.
Required No.: 2
Place of Work: Bensa Daye (1), Gambella (1)

4. Customer Service Officer

Skill and Educational Background:
First Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee.
Place of Work: Butajira(1), Bensa Daye(3), Gambella (2)
