2. SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER I – CASH

• Skill and Educational Background:
• First Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or associated fields.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant banking expertise, including 1 year in a senior customer support officer position.
• Required No.: 3
• Place of Work: Butajira(1), Bensa Daye(1), Gambella (1)

3. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts

• Skill and Educational Background:
• First Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related fields.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in a senior customer service officer position.
• Required No.: 2
• Place of Work: Bensa Daye (1), Gambella (1)

4. Customer Service Officer

• Skill and Educational Background:
• First Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related fields.
• Experience: 1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee.
• Place of Work: Butajira(1), Bensa Daye(3), Gambella (2)
