Requirements:

• Degree in any field of study.
• 1-2 years of working experience.
• Retail management experience, preferably in footwear.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and hold your team accountable.
• Passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
