• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: One or more years of work experience from any recognized organization.

2. Customer Service Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Two years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) will be advantageous.

3. Senior Customer Service Officer

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Three years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

4. Branch Operation Supervisor

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Four years of banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

5. Branch Manager

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Six years of banking operation experience, of which two years in supervisory positions. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
