Role and Responsibilities of Interns

As a Learning & Development Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and executing Learning and Development initiatives
• Collecting, analyzing, and using data to create action plans to keep learning initiatives on target
• Providing L&D services and support to all departments
• Playing a key role in data collection, analysis, and action planning for the property
• Coordinating and scheduling various learning activities as needed
• Handling essential administrative tasks for the L&D function
• Preparing reports on learning data, including LMS assignments, completions, and attendance
• Providing support for the Learning Management System (LMS) in course creation and audience assignment

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this internship, applicants must have the following qualifications:

• Fluency in written and verbal business English
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at an international level
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Effective presentation skills
