Position: Junior Industrial Engineer Executive

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement method improvement and standardization programs.
- Check specific line capacity on a weekly basis.
- Conduct operator multiskilling and maintain proper records weekly.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to follow up on machine layouts before production starts.
- Establish and maintain workplace arrangements as per world-class standards.
- Prepare and distribute employee incentives accurately and punctually.
- Maintain Area Below (AB%) and Line Turnover (LTO%) rates below 6%.
- Perform timely line balancing on a daily basis.
- Ensure present staff levels are consistent with system records.
- Monitor weekly line capacity and efficiency.
- Identify and address bottleneck operations to enhance line capacity.
- Plan and implement operator replacements as needed.
- Request resign replacements and support new operators to reach required performance levels.
- Identify low-performance operators, provide targeted training, and work towards their improvement.
- Accurately prepare incentive amounts for each line based on daily system earnings.
- Implement and maintain world-class practices in the production area, such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean concepts, and ISO Methods & Standardization.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, cleanliness procedures, and mitigate any behaviors that could increase H&S risks.
Skills and Educational Background:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in organizational roles.
