1. Nurse

Job Summary:
A registered nurse, or RN, typically monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients, and more. They typically do not need to meet the master’s degree requirement of a nurse practitioner.

Department: Floater (Will work in various departments as needed)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate, complete healthcare records and reports.
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromoo.
• Computer skills in using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Skill and Educational Background:

• BSc Degree in Nursing Science from a well-known government hospital.

Experience: 0-2 years of working experience

2. Deputy Human Resource Director

Salary: Net 13,200 ETB

Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and incorporate HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with legal requirements.
• Establish and manage employee benefits programs.
• Assess and improve the performance management system.
• Determine employee needs.
• Analyze internal and competitor data.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English.
• Computer skills in using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any sector, especially health, eager to learn and become an effective hospital human resource manager.

3. Clinical Items Procurement Head

Job Summary:
Procurement managers manage a company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain. They are responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to acquire cost-effective deals and reduce procurement expenses.

Salary: Net 13,200 ETB

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromoo.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

4. General Physician

Job Summary:
A physician works with patients to diagnose and treat various common health problems, illnesses, disorders, and injuries. A physician is also known as a medical doctor.

Department: Triage Physician

Salary: Net 16,000 ETB

Workplace: Holeta Branch Saglan Wajee General Hospital

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Examining patients, taking medical histories, addressing patients’ concerns, and answering patients’ questions.
• Diagnosing and treating injuries, illnesses, and disorders.
• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and explaining the results to patients.
• Counseling patients on diet, hygiene, preventative healthcare, and other lifestyle changes.
• Updating patients’ charts and information to reflect current findings and treatments.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromoo.
• Computer skills in using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: M.D. Graduate from a well-known government hospital.
