1. Customer Relationship Officer

Location: Addis Ababa
Summary: Coordinate between external and internal customers, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, and providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to process orders.
Verify order accuracy and follow up on deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Work closely with the Finance Department to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

2. Demand & Supply Planner

Summary: Plan raw materials, finished goods, and production based on demand, stock levels, and other factors to ensure timely and cost-effective production.

Coordinate with Purchasing, CSD, Sales, and Production teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
3-6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
