The Facilitator for Empowerment (FFE) supports the RIPA-North Time and Cost Extension program in Gode, Somali, focusing on capacity-building and Natural Resource Management (NRM) activities. S/he works closely with communities, community organizations, and local authorities to implement project activities. The FFE is responsible for mobilizing communities, facilitating problem-solving, and reporting progress to the NRM Specialist.
The position requires residing in the community, traveling long distances via motorbike due to the large geographic area covered by NRM activities.
