1. Junior Accountant Maker

• Number of Positions: 10
• Location: Addis Ababa

Job Overview:

The Junior Accountant will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by performing data entry, maintaining records, and supporting senior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including member deposits, loans, and interest payments.
• Input financial data into accounting software, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Monitor and update member accounts.
• Assist senior staff with accounting tasks and projects.
• Support in preparing financial reports and statements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Must have passed the exit exam with good marks.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools and accounting systems.

2. Member Relations Junior Officer

Job Overview:

As a Member Relations Junior Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Organize programs or events to engage and satisfy members.
• Collect feedback from members and relay information to relevant departments.
• Assist with membership applications, renewals, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate member records and track engagement metrics.
• Advocate for member interests within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Fresh graduates of 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or related fields with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Passed the exit exam with good grades.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
