   • Experience: 4 years in banking, including 2 years as Jr Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

   • Location: Addis Ababa
3. Customer Service Supervisor
   • Education: B.A. in Accounting, Management, or related field
   • Experience: 2 years banking experience
   • Salary: As per Shabelle Bank scale + attractive benefits

4. Branch Managers
   • Education: Master’s or B.A. in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business field
   • Experience: 6–8 years in banking operations, including 2 years as Branch Manager Grade III or equivalent
