Experience: Prior experience in customs clearance within the transportation, logistics, or import/export industry.
Education: Degree in any field.
Other Requirements:
Must be computer literate.
A valid driving license is mandatory.

Ensure that all shipments (inbound and outbound) are processed according to local and DHL network standards, meeting transit time goals.
Execute daily operations processes to satisfy customer needs.
Implement contingency plans for emergencies or special customer requests.
Assist with operational practices and procedures for effective service center management.
Capture and share shipment information as required by the network.
Ensure inbound and outbound shipment clearance meets performance targets and transit times.
Process shipments upon arrival, ensuring proper security and adherence to procedures.
Attend and document physical inspections of shipments by authorities.
Monitor registration and license requirements for DHL customs facilities.
