TAF Oil Plc Vacancy Announcement for Fresh Graduates

TAF Oil Plc invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant position. TAF Oil is a private limited company established in 2010, entering the petroleum business in 2011 to meet the growing energy demands in Ethiopia. The company provides various fuels and lubricants to sectors such as automotive, construction, transportation, industrial, agricultural, and mining.

1. HR Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR initiatives and systems development and implementation.
Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and handling hiring.
Create and implement onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure they meet legal requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

Education: BA in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field (additional training is a plus).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar position.
Skills:
Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, training, etc.).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ethics and reliability.
