1. HR Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR initiatives and systems development and implementation.
• Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and handling hiring.
• Create and implement onboarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure they meet legal requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: BA in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field (additional training is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar position.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, training, etc.).
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
