Qualification Requirements:
- Option 1: BSc degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with a minimum of 4 years of HVAC maintenance experience
- Option 2: Diploma/Level IV in Electrical or Mechanical field with a minimum of 6 years of HVAC maintenance experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate, service, repair, and install HVAC systems
- Monitor performance and conduct maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Perform safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain logs and ensure compliance with safety standards
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in HVAC tools and advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and respond to emergencies
