Tsehay Bank S.C. is seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals to join its growing team in the following positions:
1. Manager, Risk Management Division
- Education:
- Minimum of BA/BSc (preferably MA/MBA/MSc) in Banking and Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Leadership, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with at least 2 years specifically in Risk Management & Compliance.
- Location: Head Office
2. Senior Customer Service Officer I
- Education:
- BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Customer Service Officer.
- Location: Bati
3. Customer Service Officer
- Education:
- BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.
- Location: Bati
4. Junior Customer Service Officer
- Education:
- BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
- Location: Bati
