Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

• Qualifications:
  • BA or Diploma in Business or Social Sciences.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years for BA holders or 4 years for Diploma holders in microfinance operations.
• Location: Hawassa Branch.

Position 2: Manager, Finance & Accounts Department

• Qualifications:
  • BA or MA in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Experience:
  • At least 10 years for BA holders or 8 years for MA holders in finance management or related roles.
  • Experience in microfinance is preferred.
• Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
