Position: Frontend Development/Software Development Specialist

Job Summary

The Frontend Development/Software Development Specialist will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and systems. The role requires expertise in software engineering principles, modern programming languages, and collaborative teamwork to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with system architects to create scalable and reliable software architectures.
• Participate in peer code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize software performance, and suggest improvements for system scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
• Mentor junior developers and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: MSc or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • MSc: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s: Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Graduation Year: Since 2020.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Laravel, and scalable API development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployment, and server configuration (Nginx).
• Strong problem-solving skills, code quality focus, and adaptability to new technologies.

Soft Skills:

• Creative, innovative, and agile mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Effective team player with the ability to mentor junior staff.
