1. Receptionist

Qualifications:

• Education: Level IV or BA degree in any field.
• Experience:
  • 2 years of experience for Level IV graduates.
  • 1 year of experience for BA degree holders.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and reception skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Somali is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

2. IT Support Technician

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Skills:
  • Customer service experience; language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with telecom application software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

3. Secretary / Personnel

Qualifications:

• Education: BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Skills:
