1. Receptionist

Qualifications:

Education: Level IV or BA degree in any field.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience for Level IV graduates.
- 1 year of experience for BA degree holders.
Skills:
- Strong communication and reception skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Somali is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

2. IT Support Technician

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Customer service experience; language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with telecom application software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

3. Secretary / Personnel

Qualifications:

Education: BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

4. Call Center Operator

Qualifications:

Education: Level IV certification in a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience; language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
