Job Position: Human Capital Management Officer (Re-Advertised)

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Education: BA in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Experience: 3.5 years of experience in HRM fields, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 1 year in a relevant officer position.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel.
• Draft vacancy advertisements and post them to media and notice boards after receiving approval.
• Handle and maintain personnel records, including details related to employment, promotion, transfer, appointment, salary adjustment, termination, and other personnel matters.
• Update and amend personnel records as required.
