Duties & Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials (advertisements, packaging, websites, social media).
• Oversee marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments like product development, sales, and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance KPIs (brand awareness, customer perception, brand equity).
• Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct brand training sessions for employees and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Manage and mitigate communication during crises.
• Track the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide regular reports.
