Position: Principal Human Capital Officer

About the Job:

• Assist in developing and implementing the HR strategy aligned with the corporate strategy.
• Implement HR policies and procedures, recommending changes where necessary.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to management in line with best practices and labor laws.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training plans.
• Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for staff.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate training, team-building, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR status reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually).
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 2 years in a senior officer role.

Salary: As per the company scale with an attractive benefits package.
