1. Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary:
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects and validates original payment instruments against the system
- Issues and signs payment instruments
- Verifies and validates DRS incoming transfers
- Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts transactions
Qualification:
- BA degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Graduates of 2023 & 2024 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
- Age: ≤ 25 years
- No prior experience required
- Exit Exam is mandatory

2. Position: Senior Property Management Officer
Job Summary:
- Analyzes property management systems and validates periodically
- Plans, organizes, and directs property management systems
- Designs and implements appropriate systems for property management
- Ensures the registration and reconciliation of fixed assets
- Handles timely maintenance and disposal of properties
- Prepares and submits weekly, quarterly, and periodic reports
Qualification:
- BA/MBA/MA in Purchasing and Supplies, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 5.5 years of experience for BA holders or 3.5 years for MA holders, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as a relevant officer

3. Position: Manager, Audit Follow-up Division
Job Summary:
- Supervises and manages the audit follow-up team
- Develops inspection schedules and defines areas for audit and inspection
- Prepares monthly reports and conducts special investigations
- Appraises the adequacy of control systems and recommends improvements
- Participates in the training of bank staff members
- Communicates with external auditors and prepares audit checklists
Qualification:
- BA/MBA/MA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 8.5 years of experience for BA holders or 6.5 years for MA holders, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as a senior inspector
