Position: Bank Trainee (External Only)
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality customer service with efficiency.
- Assist with account opening and closing, standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revokes.
- Process standing instructions and accept stop payment orders from customers.
- Send outward cheques to Head Office and handle RTGS & bulk cheque clearance.
- Assist customers in filling out forms, opening accounts, and collecting payments.
- Exchange notes and coins, sort and arrange cash bundles.
- Validate payment instruments, collect deposit cheques, and issue financial documents.
- Determine service charges, collect payments, and arrange for billing.
