1. Management Trainee

• Required Number: 15
• Qualification:
  • MA/MBA in a Business-related field
  • First degree must also be in a Business-related field
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing and sales in a recognized organization
  • Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
• Age Limit: Not more than 35 years
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

2. Manager, Branch Operation

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of banking operations experience
  • Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
• Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

3. Manager, Resource Mobilization

• Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of banking operations experience
