🔸 Position Overview: Operation Center Specialist

Role Purpose:

To provide technical support, ensure operational excellence, and manage Network Operations Center (NOC) activities aligned with the business goals.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assure end-to-end visibility of all platforms
• Supervise and manage incidents, faults, and change management processes
• Deliver effective service with a customer-centric approach
• Support escalation processes and assist with incident resolution
• Maintain detailed logs, records, and provide reports on incidents
• Review and suggest improvements to operations and support procedures
• Ensure 24/7 shift operations with continuous system monitoring
• Maintain SLA/KPI compliance, performance metrics, and infrastructure availability
• Build automated monitoring and proactive controls
• Ensure governance policies and operational controls are upheld

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems (Essential)

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years in systems analysis and design, preferably in a complex operational environment
