1. Junior Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience (Banking experience preferred)
• Place of Work: Gebre Guracha Branch

2. Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (Banking experience preferred)
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Branch Manager I

• Qualification: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years banking experience, including 2 years in a core banking leadership role such as Business Manager, Operations Manager, or Customer Service Manager
• Place of Work: Gebre Guracha Branch

4. Manager, Data Strategy and Analytics

• Qualification: M.A./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years (MA) or 10 years (BA) banking experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Additional Skills:
  • Experience in T24 Core Banking System implementation
  • Strong background in credit and retail banking operations
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
