Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Officers with a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape to join our team. The ideal candidates will focus on enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering a supportive healthcare environment through excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BA or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in the hospitality industry or related service fields.
