• Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience:
  • BSc: 5 years
  • MSc: 4 years
  • At least 3 years of hands-on security administration
• Special Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Huawei Firewall, IDS, and IPS
  • Security certifications are highly advantageous
• Job Grade: XII
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

🔹 2. Database & Application Division Manager

• Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience:
  • BSc: 7 years
  • MSc: 6 years
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database and Application Administration
• Special Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Oracle 19c, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle PL/SQL, VMWare, and Oracle Linux
  • Certifications in Oracle Database, WebLogic, etc., are highly advantageous
• Job Grade: XIV
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
