Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (banking experience preferred)

Salary & Benefits: Per Bank Scale + Attractive Fringe Benefits

🔹 2. Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Same as above
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (banking experience preferred)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa

🔹 3. Branch Manager I

Qualification: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience: 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles such as Business/Operations/Customer Service Manager
Place of Work: Gebre Guracha Branch

🔹 4. Attorney

Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: 4 years relevant work experience (2 years as Associate Attorney); foreclosure experience is advantageous
Place of Assignment: Credit Monitoring & Portfolio Management Department, Head Office

🔹 5. Senior Attorney

Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: 6 years relevant work experience (2 years as Attorney); foreclosure experience is advantageous
Place of Assignment: Head Office

🔹 6. Principal Attorney

Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: 7 years relevant work experience (2 years as Senior Attorney); foreclosure experience is advantageous
Place of Assignment: Head Office

🔹 7. Manager, Data Strategy and Analytics

Qualification: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: 8/10 years of banking experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
Special Requirement: Experience in T24 core banking implementation, credit & retail banking operations is mandatory
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
