
Position: Junior Site Engineer
Location: Various project sites (willingness to travel outside Addis Ababa required)

📌 About the Role
The Junior Site Engineer will assist with on-site engineering responsibilities in alignment with project scopes, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, statutory regulations, and company QA/QC policies. The role involves material control, drawing management, reporting performance metrics, and supporting project execution from start to handover.
🛠Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure full adherence to contract specifications during construction and handover.
- Submit material requests aligned with consultant requirements and maintain a submission register.
- Enforce QA/QC compliance in method statements and risk assessments.
- Support procurement tracking and report long-lead items and delivery delays.
- Manage the dissemination and control of project documents and technical drawings.
- Coordinate and record changes, scope modifications, and drawing updates.
- Record weekly staff and labor performance metrics and project delays.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and ensure delivery of warranties, spares, and close-out documentation.
🎓 Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 1–2 years (fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply)
- Other Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to travel and work at project sites across Ethiopia
- Passionate about construction and on-site operations
