1. Agent Network Manager
Job Summary:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and manage a strong agent network for digital finance services.
- Oversee agent recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision.
- Design KPIs and performance metrics; monitor and provide feedback.
- Identify market potential and new partnership opportunities.
- Optimize agent operations through SOPs and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales or Marketing
- 4 years of experience in agency networking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Junior Quality Control Officer
Job Summary:
- Monitor postal item flow and track domestic & international shipments.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages and report discrepancies.
- Maintain quality records and reports; analyze delivery metrics.
- Assess customer service quality at postal counters.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Data Science, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields with zero years of experience
OR - College Diploma + TVET Level IV with 2 years of experience
